Job responsibilities
• Handling a team of sales officers and giving them suitable selling and communication skills in order to help them achieving the recommended targets set by the bank management.
• Compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads,
• Supporting the retail banking team with feedbacks regarding new products lunched types of calls, customer complaints and system errors.
• Follow up with the regional offices through E-mail for complying the policies, and keep following their performances by providing summary reports to the Senior Management.
• Analyze and organize any Data or inquiries coming from the Customers through the free call or Email and other lines number as feedback for our Advertising or campaign or promotion activities of the concerns offices and try to evaluate their performance and evaluating the agents who receive the calls and evaluate their performances .
• Review the existing portfolio in a timely manner and recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the bank’s credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
• Undertake applications and reviews of facilities falling within the assigned customer portfolio for timely submission to the appropriate approving authorities
• Provide coaching, feed-back and develop the assigned Credit Analyst / Relationship Officer with the objective of developing the resource into a potential Relationship Manager
• Promote all the bank retail products by outdoor marketing visits to bank clients and expecting clients in order to give a good image.
