Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing Nakilat Organizational Structure, HR Strategy, Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) Strategy, HR Policies & Procedures, as well as Manpower Plans, in order to support the organization towards achieving its strategic objectives.
More than Nine years of experience in business Advisory, Design and Implementation of Organizational Development, Human Resources Management Systems, Business Processes Re-Engineering/ Optimization, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The regions of experience include Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan.
Management and Human Resources Systems Design, Implementation and Monitoring, mainly including Organization Structuring/ Restructuring, Job Analysis and Job Description, Motivation & Incentives Plans, Compensation & Benefits System, Job Evaluation & Grading, Performance Appraisal System, Recruitment & Selection System, Authorities and Responsibilities, Policies & Procedures Manuals, Communication Channels, Human Resources Utilization & Human Resources Systems Audit.
Business Process Modeling and Optimization, Developing and Optimizing the Supply Chain Processes, mainly including Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Distribution, as well as developing and designing all related Policies and Procedures Manuals and Authorities and Responsibilities Matrices.

Handling all logistics activities for different key clients such as Bookings, Cargo handling…etc.
Performing all documentation and invoicing activities related to handled clients.
Following up with clearance agencies regarding shipments clearance.
Updating all logistics systems regarding cargo volume, status, departure and delivery dates…etc.
