Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, install applications and programs, resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to keep workflow of the call center without interruption. Responsibilities include administration of some systems like attendance system and AVAYA CMS dashboard systems.
Responsible of providing technical support to clients, tasks included installing and configuring computers & networks, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face.
