• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of supplies and maintenance of inventory.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
• Receive, load, issue, store and deliver supplies.
• Schedule and prepare orders for delivery, load vehicles, schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
• Complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of records and prepare reports as required.
• Monitor automated warehousing system.
• Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary, assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
• Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance.

•Traveling to 7 sales points located in different states of Nigeria for audit, inspection and inventory control.
•Responsible of the warehouse operations and procedures
•Oversee a team of 4 to 10 associates in each sales point.
•Monitoring cash boxes.
•Petty cash control.
•Monitoring fuel sheets for vehicles.
•Orders confirmation.
•Responsible for the distribution of containers to sales points.
•Make the necessary arrangements and agreements for the transportation of goods.
•Daily reporting to managers.
•Persuading and Negotiating with warehouse & office owners to reach agreements.
•Monitoring inventories & ensures 100% reconciliation of inventory.
•Training and evaluating new employees assigned to sales points.
•Involved in recruiting staff for sales points
•Ensures filing systems are maintained and up to date.
•Proper reconciliation for customer's statement of account.
•Providing sales points with stationeries and office needs.
•Ensuring clean, proper, and secure offices and warehouses.

•Responsible for accurate reception, delivery and data entry of received and delivered items in warehouse according to delivery note or invoice.
•Ensure product is properly registered and submit into the inventory system.
•Controls regular consumable items, ensuring that the minimum stock is available.
•Issue purchasing requests to suppliers.
•Taking inventory in monthly basis.
•Prepare daily reports.
