Conduct an annual 'Training/Development Needs Analysis' (TDNA), based on annual Business Plans together with regular feedback from Performance Management and Succession Planning.
Use TDNA results and regular discussions with management/other employees to identify priorities and objectives for the annual Training & Development Plan
Plan, budget and deliver the annual 'GLA Training and Development Calendar'
Regularly meet with employees and their Direct Supervisors to know the 'pulse' of the business requirements and consequent training and development needs - current and anticipated.
Use contemporary methods to cater to adult learning styles and measurement of learning effectiveness
