• Directs the work activities of body shop employees, including their observance of deadlines and
productivity levels, as well as the maintenance of quality standards.
• Achieves a reasonable operating profit for the department and maintains customer satisfaction
standards, while containing expenses.
• In consultation with the Bodyshop Manager / After Sales Manager establish and administer operating
standards and policies.
• To ensure all Health and Safety rules are followed and identify risk and areas for improvement.
• To ensure that denting/painting materials are used in the most economical way and control purchase
and stock levels.
• Prepares accident estimates of damaged vehicles and maintains accurate records.
• To carry out accurate estimates ensuring a blend of profitable pricing and job retention.
• Ensure that staff productivity is maintained at 100% with idle time kept to a minimum
• Doing Road Test prior to releasing / Quality Inspection
• Supervise the Auto Detailers in making the automobiles look immaculate and clean, both inside and out.

Responsible for leading and overall management of the Bodyshop and carbon fiber operations by
monitoring staff, driving sales performance, and optimizing utilization of market potential to maximize
business revenue and achieve profits while ensuring high level of customer satisfaction at every step.

•Ensures proper communication flow within the department, in order to ensure maximum efficiency,

managing their expectations.
•Completes the Pre-order form to accurately record vehicle and customer information, complaints and
uncovered issues.
•Determines nature of repair or service required and estimates the job order in terms of pricing to
provide clarity to customer on the job prior to obtaining approval and authorization. This includes
advising any increase in costs (for Carbon fiber & body parts or repair) in case additional jobs are
required to be done, accordingly prepare a price estimate.
Sets and agrees a vehicle delivery date with the Body Shop team to advise the customer of any
•schedule changes and set his delivery expectations.
•Checks service measure for each chassis and coordinate with the workshop team to carry out vehicle diagnosis and rectify the defect.
•Follows up the progress of each job order during the day to meet set deadlines.
•Cross checks the original customer complaint in the pre-order form against the job card operation
numbers to carry out final control.
•Prepares the invoice to update the customer on the final (discounted) payment and collect the vehicle.
This includes setting a time for delivery.
•Takes the customer through the work done, test report and invoice to ensure full understanding of the
level of service provided and the costs involved.
•Contacts customer for follow-up after the delivery to check whether the vehicle is running smoothly.
