Maintenance of Mechanical equipment including all rotating equipment, steam boilers, R.O. and De-ionizer system, Medical Gas, Sewage Pumps, Pneumatic Tubing system, Kitchen equipment, Pumps and all types of piping system.

• Spearheaded the Mechanical - HVAC and plumbing works in Oil and Gas Industry for multiple water knockout facilities and substations across several Gathering Centers (GCs) in South & East Kuwait.
• Oversaw the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that all activities were aligned with the project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Monitoring and controlling project through Contract scope of work and providing technical support to the projects.
• Provided in-depth technical support throughout the project, including the review and approval of quality-related documents, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures, and method statements.
• Coordinated closely with design teams to secure initial approvals on critical aspects such as heat load calculations, shop drawings, and material specifications, ensuring that all designs met the technical requirements and project objectives.
• Conducted regular site visits to facilitate coordination among various project disciplines, ensuring smooth workflow and addressing any issues that could impact the project schedule.
• Ensure contractors follow applicable construction and HSE procedures, ensure good co-operation between the project organization, contractors, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with Operations and Project Engineer to ensure that proposed construction and work methods are clearly understood and accepted.
• Coordinating with the contractors for the readiness of materials with respect to project schedule for installation.
• Developed and maintained detailed monthly progress reports, providing updates on project milestones, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Aware of PTW procedures and HSEMS procedures.
• Aware of Company specifications & standards.
• Aware of welding and brazing procedures and specifications.
• Receiving IN & checking documents like Delivery Note, certificates from vendor of quality test, vendor approvals and carefully checking the equipment from any damages.
• Inspecting and accepting the received HVAC, piping materials, related accessories and reviewing of material test certificates prior to commencement of fabrication activities.
• Supervision of the site activities to maintain quality and timely completion.
• Witnessing and approving duct light test, pipe leak test and hydro-test packages.
• Coordinated and conducted walkthroughs and SAT with project teams to assess progress and ensure all pre-commissioning, commissioning, and reliability tests were executed according to the contractual scope.
• To monitor/complete the mechanical O&M period to close the project.

• Reviewing and analyzing tender documents, drawings, and the Bill of
Quantities at the commencement of each project.
• Responsible for project scheduling and ensuring timely completion.
• Preparing material submittals in accordance with project specifications,
develop HVAC shop drawings based on IFC drawings, and obtain necessary
consultant approvals.
• Conduct technical selection of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps,
and fans) and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial comparisons
of supplier quotes.
• Performing various HVAC calculations, including heat load, external static
pressure and pump head.
• Effectively allocating personnel and technological resources to ensure
efficient project execution.
• Ensuring project execution aligns with the project quality plan, stays within
the estimated manpower budget, and meets all applicable quality standards.
• Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC
systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Preparing installation and commissioning method statements, Inspection and
Test Plans (ITP), and risk assessments.
• Verifying all installation and commissioning method statements to ensure
adherence to best practices.
• Preparing and managing variations related to changes in the scope of work,
ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Coordinating effectively with other mechanical trades, HVAC and electrical
disciplines, and architectural teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Responsible for raising inspection requests, RFIs, and other pertinent
documentation for consultant review.
• Utilizing HVAC software (HAP, Duct/Pipe Sizer, Psychrometric Chart Analyzer)
and MS Office applications proficiently.
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
to effectively liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients.
• Submitting payment applications to clients based on project progress and
following up on payments against tax invoices in accordance with the
payment certificates.
• Completing all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings,
operational and maintenance manuals.

• Responsible for designing the HVAC system, external static pressure calculations and prepared HVAC Shop drawings and As- built drawings for various villas.
• Managed and supervised the site and coordinated with other MEP services.

• Responsible for preparing O&EM Manuals and supporting documents for final handover.
