• Contributed significantly at Siniora group level in growing the business from USD 25 Millions in 2008 to USD 100 Millions in 2020.
• Led Siniora company start-up business in Saudi Arabia and in charge of the whole company operations that doubled KSA business eight times during 10 years.
• Restructured Sales team in Jordan market based on market customer re-classification and innovative market segmentation and distribution channels strategies, that lay the groundwork for a solid organization which is generating remarkable growth results to this day.
• Leading initiatives and development of products portfolios projects for Saudi Arabia and Gulf markets including researches and all Pricing and Marketing strategies.
• Preparing, deploying and effectively executing the yearly Saudi Siniora Company comprehensive OGSM plan (Combined Strategic management tool) derived from Siniora Group main yearly OGSM plan and includes all the functions main strategies to achieve short term and long term company objective.
• Creating and managing the company annual integrated budgets, and monitoring the progress in monthly basis including; Sales budget, Marketing budget, HR budget, purchasing - CAPEX and all other financial components in conjunction with Financial Controller.
• Planning, directing the overall Company’s operations and activities toward the Company’s strategic goals.
• Leading, improving and coaching the sales team to ensure the excellence implementation of sales fundamentals V&D. With advanced performance Measurement tools.
• Building the organization’s capabilities and overseeing the recruitment process, staff training, individual goals, results, evaluating performance process. In order to ensure consistent performance in terms of meeting and exceeding the KPIs.
• Studying and monitoring the market data for competitors market shares, products and market trends to determine business growth potential and required action plans.
• Planning and developing the CIMP (Corporate Initiative Master Plan) in coordination with the marketing Manager and overseeing the execution of all the activities including ATL & BTL.
• Developing policies and procedures for all departments and maintain updated written SOPs (standard operation procedures).
• Conducting periodic market visits in order to expand the customer base, maintain collaborative partnerships and monitor products V&D.
• Adhering to all corporate’s values and ensure that they are communicated, implemented and reflected on the team’s attitude and behavior.
• Directing and continuously developing the Supply chain plans and strategies including inventory and demand management, procurement, distribution, and warehousing.
• Leading infrastructure IT and various Engineering projects including the communications and agreements with all parties of the designs, supervision and contractors and overseeing the progress an projects’ deliverables.
