-MachineParameter setting, Trouble shooting, Process Optimization.
-Trailof new Product, material recipe and material.
-MaintainDaily, Weekly and monthly Production and material consumption report.
-Preparingand maintain Procedures of all work activity, Documents, Formats, Work guide and work instructions.
-Responsiblefor supervision of Housekeeping and Safety issue.
-Togive Training about Machine and Equipment handling and their trouble shooting, Product Quality, 5S, Safety awareness.
-Tocontrol Breakdown, Rejection to achieve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
-Maintaindocuments as per Company SOP and ISO Standard.
- Responsibility of Shift handling, control of Production Operation, PU filling and packing section.
- Parameter setting and Process Optimization, Troubleshooting
- Monitoring quality related issue and solve the problems.
-Maintain all documents as per ISO.
-Preparations of monthly production report and production efficiency and raw material consumption report.
-Optimum utilization of manpower to improve labor productivity during shift.
-Raw Material & Production item Reconciliation thought ERP (SAP) System.

-Trial of new mold and machines.
