1.Contribute in the process of quarterly and annual planning of projects activities, with the participation of all RAMP projects team.
2. Supporting Inclusive Education Support Teams at Field Directorate and school level to promote quality in inclusive education 3. 6. Support project strategic engagement with donors (USAID/UKAID). 7. Ensure technical coordination of project-level activities and obtain support from Ministry of education authorities as needed. 8. Participating in integrated working groups and steering regarding project priorities, quality of delivery, review instructional quality and teacher performance assessments. 9. Technical coordination and follow up of RAMP activities and obtaining support from Ministry of education as agreed with RAMP management team. 10. Participate in ramp programs content development and provide feedback during the content creation process and execution. 11. Provide technical assistance and support for the projects team (mainly the project manager and the technical specialist) and providing advice; required progress reporting and accountability for resources needed/used. 12. Leading RAMP training activities through the thirteen Field directorates across the north region. 13. Oversee field staff member’s technical implementation of project activities.
14. Work closely and Building an effective working relationship with the project’ key partners (mainly MOE FDs) and all relevant stockholders and providing support and contribute to building the capacity of MOE field staff to efficiently implement and monitor RAMP programs, for example: planning effective teacher training and coaching, onsite support, and communities of professional learning, in coordination with the head of MOE FDs across the region.
