 UHT related: handling all quality issues related to UHT, including market complaint, package integrity, internal and external NCRs, etc.
 Monitoring and controlling of technical efficiency like raw & packing materials over consumption & machine efficiencies as per given targets.
 HACCP Verification and Validation, Monitoring of CCP`s, Maintain HACCP clearance form for any change.
