▪ Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers, fostering skill development and ensuring project efficiency.

▪ A/C Systems Design:
Design A/C systems, conducting cooling and heating load calculations using Carrier Hourly Analysis Program (HAP). Manage ventilation systems design, including specialized systems like parking ventilation and staircase pressurization.

▪ Plumbing and Firefighting Systems:
Design comprehensive plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage. Handle the design of firefighting systems, ensuring accurate hydraulic calculations.

▪ Recreational Systems:
Oversee the design of swimming pools and
jacuzzies, with a focus on precise hydraulic calculations.

▪ Specialized Systems Design:
Coordinate with specialists in designing gas and irrigation systems, ensuring optimal performance
and safety.

▪ Permitting and Approvals:
Prepare permit documentation for all mechanical services and secure approvals from relevant local
authorities.

▪ Collaboration & Problem Solving:
Attend and contribute to coordination and progress meetings, presenting technical solutions as needed.

▪ GSAS Compliance:
Prepare necessary GSAS calculations and
documentation, collaborating with GORD engineers to address and resolve mechanical system-related technical issues.

▪ Documentation:
Lead the creation of detailed shop drawings,
ensuring all specifications and requirements are clearly outlined.

▪ Material & Equipment Oversight:
Review material submittals and equipment selections, resolving any technical discrepancies to
maintain project quality.

▪ Responsible for design of A/C systems with required cooling and heating load calculations using Carrier Hourly Analysis Program (HAP), and ventilation systems including smoke management/control systems (like parking ventilation, pressurization of staircases with related firefighting/smoke stop lobbies).

▪ Responsible for design of Plumbing systems (Water Supply and Drainage) and Fire Fighting systems with required hydraulic calculations.

▪ Prepare sequence of operations for all mechanical systems.

▪ Prepare Bill of Quantities and Specifications.

▪ Review shop drawings and material submittals.

▪ Responsible for fabrication of different types of steel structure elements.

▪ Responsible for calculating and preparing material takeoff reports.

▪ Attend meetings with the clients.

▪ Prepare daily and weekly reports of the work.
