o Project Description:
Project consist of 93 Apartment, 140 Villas and 25 Ancillary Buildings (Mosques, Schools, Clinic, Admin, Sports Clubs, Fuel Station, Shopping Center, Playgrounds, Parking areas with infra-structure and Underground utilities.

DUTIES
• The Key responsibility include commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
• Managing and leading MEP teams and subcontractors throughout duration of the project from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover.
• Taking overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades- HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems HCU-LCU BMS- MEP Infrastructure Networks including: Fire Fighting, Storm Water, Drainage, Water Supply, Irrigation, MV Cable, LV Cable, Street Lighting, Data Telephone and CCTV Networks.
• Ensuring that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
• Responsible to ensure implementation of MEP work schedule through daily progress report.
• Communicating progress and Preparing periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
• Responsible for effective utilization of all resources (including manpower, equipment, plant, material) as per available work front.
• Assisting Scheduling department with developing detailed schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading.
• Coordinating activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff.
• Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination) with Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
• Ensuring all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
• Providing guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
• Analyzing drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
• Preparing program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
• Providing program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
• Establishing and monitoring program and project controls KPI's.
• Ensuring program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
• Developing Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.

Project: The Sail Tower Jeddah Client :Asila Consultant: Perkins + Will Main Contractor: JV-Al Saad and Besix Project Description: The tower is comprised of 646, 000 square feet of luxury hotel accommodations, serviced apartments and condominiums. Project is a 265 meter structure story of 68 floors, 3no. Basements and technical floors as well as 64 floors mixed used hotel rooms and apartments. The five stars Hotel boasts 224 guest suites, four restaurants and 18 served apartments, health spa, kids club and other facilities.
