Senior Project Control Engineer/ Project Management Coordinator
Advise in co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects. Ensure accuracy and reliability of all drawings and MTOs of the Project. Participate in daily communications with suppliers and vendors and coordinate with accounting team leaders to receive the material in tamely manners follow-up with vendors and suppliers, Prepare Purchase orders and contracts with suppliers and sub contracts, Coordinate with Project team for change management orders and claims administration. Oversaw project of a thirty floors (Tower) office complex while working as structural site engineer as well as monitored all subcontractors-craftsmen and operators on construction site.
Reviewed plans of schematic design and conducted pre-installation conferences with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and manufacturer’s representatives to avoid any delays in construction work.
Organised and headed weekly production and operations contractor meetings to fill communication gap as well as discuss and devise solutions to resolve important issues.
Monitored preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to property’s soil profile. Planed and supervised soil sampling programs, in situ testing programs, and geotechnical laboratory testing programs. Performed calculations and summarised results of calculations while preparing text and illustrations for technical reports.

•Conducted slope stability study and design as well as solved problems for Holiday INN hotel in Dead sea.
