Responsible for the inventory security, keeping clean, safe, hazard-free warehouse, and providing healthy working environment that motivates and empowers employees.

Ensure back orders are handled accurately and swiftly and made available for customer delivery in shortest time.

Contribute to the achievement of parts department’s objectives and ensure achievements of his targets and performance metrics/ KPIs.

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the physical perpetual inventory counts, and physical inventory reconcile with computer/ system inventory.

Ensure that the inventory is kept in good quality condition.

Responsible for hiring and training of new employees.
Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Responsible for exporting and importing shipments outside UAE (TOO).
Responsible for stock taking

Receiving, Inspecting, Storing and issuing shipments​

Acknowledgment in GSDP and all SOPs related to warehousing.

Maintain the appearance of the warehouse by employing
aesthetics and logistics.

Control inventory levels and issue work orders.

Manage receiving, shipping and distribution procedures by
coordinating processes and labor.

Ensure quality and quantity of received and shipped goods.

Ensure that productivity targets are met constantly.

Organize delivery schedules for drivers.

Ensure safeguarding of warehouse operations by monitoring
procedures and protocols.

Secure warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.

Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating
instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring
preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Accomplish warehouse and organization mission by
completing related results as needed.

Maintain a variety of warehouse related files and records.

Maintain storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat,
clean, orderly and safe manner.

Be on call for emergencies.

Set aside storage areas for new stock.
