Fire and Gas detection system of Oil Refinery plant. Exposure includes Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of complete fire and gas detection system
• Maintenance of Fire & Gas Detection Systems interfaced through DCS and Simplex true site work station at Fire station for the Ruwais Refinery. Periodic testing of Fire alarm system according to voting logic, status conformation, alarm stimulation and verification done in both ends local fire alarm panel & True site workstation.
Maintenance, trouble shooting and functional test of Smoke detectors ( Ionization smoke detector and Optical smoke detector - Addressable and Conventional smoke detector ) and VESDA System (VLC, VLS, VLP).
Maintenance, trouble shooting and Calibration of Toxic gas detector ( H2S detector, SO2 detector ), Flame detector (UV/IR, IR, IR/IR detector), Flammable gas detector (IR Gas detector- CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C4H10, C5H6, Catalytic gas detector- Hydrogen, ).
Testing and Maintenance of fire suppression and
extinguishing agent (Sprinkler & water spray system, Deluge Valve System).
Functional test and trouble shoot of manual cal point.
Bypassing & Normalization of trip signal Input/ Output signal in FSC system.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings such as Logic diagram, Cause & Effect, P&ID, Loop diagram, Vendar data and
technical data sheets.
Carrying out plant maintenance routines to se schedules, completing details work records for input into the platform maintenance management system to ensure compliance with the platform performance standards regarding safety critical elements.
