Project: Khurais AL Crude Increment-300 MBD Mazalij & Abu Jifan 240 km Pipelines (BI:10-01506-0001-3)
Client: Saudi Arabia Oil Company (Saudi ARAMCO). Plant Location: Khurais.
Mazalij Abu-Jifan Pipeline EPCM Project for SAUDI ARAMCO - 245 Km of 12”, 16”, 18” & 26” internally & externally FBE coated pipelines from Mazalij GOSP to Khurais KHCPF, with 17 combined valve stations / 13 burn pits, 3 remote headers, multiple HDD & Thrust Boring crossings and 7 OHPL. Equipped with Corrosion Inhibitor Injection skid and Biocide skid, Scraper trap, Scraper launcher & receiver, Sectionalizing valve, Isolation Valves & MOV’s.
Raising technical query of discrepancies during construction works as per site condition and getting advice from design consultant, deal with the relevant technical issues occurred during execution of project. Work at Sites as required explanation design, drawing to solve engineering problems during construction. Review drawing packages & technical documents, conduct site visit & prepare redline drawing. Support to maintain & preparing drawing control log & technical query (DCL & TQ) book as per ARAMCO index. Prepare review material requisitions (MR) on ERP, update material tracking report (MTR), procurement status report (PSR), provide procurement support, calculate quantities & prepares MTO.

Project: Replacement of Auxiliary Control System (BI:10-001156-0001)
Client: Saudi Arabia Oil Company (Saudi ARAMCO). Plant Location: Yanbu Refinery.
Preparation of piping layout, isometric & supports for live plant installation of 33 EIV, 258 MOV, LIT, stilling well in Tank Farm & Marine area. Prepare piping & cable tray supports, Stub-up, Underground box culvert details as on site requirement, GA & shop drawing of steel structure framing for panels & JB’s, Rigging plan miscellaneous details of mechanical & civil drawing as per Saudi ARAMCO define standard & procedures, take approval for designer & SAPMT. Preparation of red line (mark-up) drawing during construction and submit to end user (proponent) for approval, prior to make a finale as built drawing.
Preform Total Refinery Shutdown (TRS) activity 45 days from February 2014 to March 2015.

Mechanical CADD Designer
Mechanical cad design and drafting work for Industrial piping and manufacturing industries. Experienced with CAD software, a team player with strong work ethic, drive to improve and interpersonal skills.

o Engro foods (EFSL) (Sheikhupura Muridkee road Lahore Pakistan): Development of P&ID, equipment layout, piping plot plan, sectional details, Isometric & B.O.Q, M.O.T. supports detailing of all utilities systems including (HP & LP steam at 500C°).
o British Petroleum (Bp): Fire & drain system study of B.P Naimaat, Kausar & Umar (Sindh) Gas field. Detailing of proposed modifications. (Amine system, Glycol dehydration system, LPG & condensate system, fire & drain network)
o British Petroleum (Bp): Complete as built drawing of Kausar & Namiat (Sindh) Gas field & P&ID verification.
Foreign deputations:
o Worked in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a project deputation for Arab Steel Project (ASCO).
o Arab Steel Corporation (ASCO at KAS): Design & detailing of complete Utilities & firefighting system piping.

During 2.9 years period worked in FTI in dyeing, washing & stitching plants. Worked for turnkey projects, basic design, front end engineering, detail engineering works in piping, mechanical and structural.
o Coordinate with project engineer with respect to preparing of drawing and material management.
o Supervision annual & shutdown maintenance of Boiler, pressure vessel, Heat Exchangers, PSVs, and Rotary Equipment.
o Support implementation of CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
o Monitoring water management system & maintain reports daily, monthly & yearly bases, sound knowledge of water testing parameters & maintaining water wells. Digging of new water wells.
o Prepare documents for implementation of ISO 9001-2000 base QMS in the maintenance department.
o Conduct internal departmental audit at given interval, submit report to the management representative for corrective and preventive actions and also take follow up action at specified interval.
Projects handled.
o Installation of Ǿ6” Natural gas pipeline 500ft. long & prepare 3d detail model of two main distribution headers.
o Erection of Waukesha generator 250KVA along with its cooling tower piping network.
o Installations of exhaust stack along with air, LDO diesel and cooling tower piping network of Wartsila Generator 2.0MW.
o Installation of DDFC-Boiler-1205. 15 ton/hr. steam capacity at 10bar along with detail 3d drawing of feed water, steam outlet and allied accessories.
o Dismantling and reinstallation of Kawasaki gas turbine 1.2MW along with waste heat recovery boiler by DDFC- 1070, 5 ton/hr. steam Capacity at 7bar.
o Installation of Gas generator 1.6 MW CAT 3516-C.
o Prepared complete drawing & details of fire hydrant & sprinkle network.
o Installation of Waste heat recovery system RCR-60 at continues washing machine & making actual detail 3d piping network.

o As an Internee in “HINOPAK MOTORS LIMITED” I have done Training in Production Department Central Calibration & Environmental Laboratory.
o Carry out calibration of tools & equipment use in production as defined by standard of “ISO 9001”.
o Experience on “Waste Water Treatment Plant” & Physical and chemical testing of water in compliance with “ISO 14001” and also have performed different type of water tests on daily bases.
