• Checking contractual agreement between the client, construction consultant and contractor.
• Resolving contractual conflicts between project stakeholders.
• Prepare of correspondences from contractual point of view for the client to the consultant and contractor.
• Review submitted Release Purchase Order (RPO) submitted by Construction Consultant.
• Check of invoices submitted by consultant and contractor and prepare reports about the invoices submitted.
• Review projects claims/variation orders (adding/omitting) with the client.
• Prepare contractual reports.
