Position: Planning & HSE Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overall Safety of the Site.
* Prepare Risk Assessment for each task to be carried out.
* Preparing daily, weekly, monthly Progress Reports.
* Responsible for overall Planning, budgeting & scheduling.
* Attending work progress meetings with clients/ subcontractors/ contractors etc.
* Creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Working time/days, Target days to the project.
* Update actual progress of the project and compare with the Baseline schedule.
* Timely and cost effective delivery of all project deliverables as per contract.
* Highlights cost overruns/ savings, investigate reasons, advises PM and recommends corrective action.
Project: AL-Mashaaer AL-Mugaddassah Metro Southern Line
Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Client: China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (6.7 billion Saudi Riyal contract to build 1st 18 Km of metro)

2. Coordinating in overall administration and project execution plans with Sub Contractors, Project Team & Sr. Project Manager.
3. Responsible for overall Planning, budgeting & scheduling.
4. Site Execution, Quantity surveying, Billing, Estimation & preparation of R.A Bills.
5. Prepare, monitor and control Project Budgets, Cost Analysis including Cost Planning, Cash Flow and Cost control for smooth and timely execution of work.
6. Maintaining and monitoring construction progress, subcontractors and vendor’s progress.
7. Weekly/ monthly Progress Reports & meetings with clients/ subcontractors/ contractors etc
8. Ensure structural stability & quality for all civil and structural works.
9. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish.
10. Handle both site & office work with tight schedules.
11. Do all related task as directed by the Senior Project Manager.
