ensuring that every systems for emergency situations are operating efficiently and safely.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Implement and optimize preventive maintenance
schedules, reducing downtime and extending the life of critical systems.
• Emergency Response and Repairs: Respond to all systems failures and emergencies,
such as breakdowns or outages, to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all systems comply with health and safety regulations,
and any issues are addressed promptly.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and solve complex problems. Dealing with unexpected
equipment failures or designing solutions to improve facility operations.
• Project Management: Overseeing renovations, upgrades, or the installation of new
equipment.
• Energy Efficiency: Focus on optimizing systems for energy efficiency, cost savings and a
smaller environmental footprint.
• HVAC Systems and Maintenance: Understanding of HVAC system operation, and
maintenance such as Chiller, AHU, FCU, Package Unit, Split and Window AC and Ductwork.
• Temperature and Humidity Control: Proficiency in managing systems that control
temperature and humidity levels, crucial for patient comfort and infection control in
hospitals.
• Medical Gases and Distribution Systems: Understanding the criticality of medical gases such
as Oxygen (O2), Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and Nitrogen (N2). Understanding of AVSU (Area Valve
Supply Unit) and source manifolds.
• Exhaust Fans: Understanding of HEPA filtered exhaust fan, smoke control fan, ventilation
fan, humidity controlled exhaust fan.
• Firefighting Equipment: Understanding of fire pumps, ANSUL system, fire codes and
standards set by NFPA.

• Oversee the successful delivery of Hard FM Services - Managing Contractors and
Managing Delivery Models.
• To deliver high quality, prompt, and courteous Facilities Management services as per
clients requirements in a safe working environment.
• Manage and support engineering techniques group to reach established goals.
• Maintain and utilize employees technical competence and strive for excellent
service.
• Assist in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.
• To meet KPI requirements set by management from time to time.
• Management of staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Planning and mobilization of team to execute the task as per the scheduled PPM and CM
for HVAC equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split & Window ACs, Chilled Water
Pumps etc.
• Troubleshoot and rectify problems. Identify the root cause and arrange to raise scope of
work (SoW) if jobs must be carried out by external contractor, prepare site inspection
report (SIR) with recommendation against the fault.
• Work on CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Maximo
for work order creation, PR, RFQ, PO
• To record any system failure, report to the Operations Manager and prepare an
incident report.
• Managing all SOPs related to HVAC equipment for maintenance.
• Providing technical submittals documents to the client for final approval prior to
execution at site.

• Planning and mobilization ofteam to execute the task as per the scheduled PPM (Planned
Preventive Maintenance) and CM for HVAC equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split
& Window ACs, Chilled Water Pumps etc.
• Manage facilities maintenance needs, ensuring the hospital is operating at the highest level
of safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for the maintenance and repair of equipment.
