Responsibilities: • Worked right from the construction of this Petrol chemical plant, which involved civil, erection, fabrication & commissioning of the plant.
• Conduct weekly Tool Box talk & Monthly HSE training to Staff & worker.
• Imparting initial Safety Induction and routine Fire & Safety training to all workers.
• Authorize Permit to Work (PTW) and checking specified safety precautions
• Doing internal Safety Audit & Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for critical activities.
• Organizing Safety Committee meeting.
• Conducting and carrying out incident/accident /near miss and fire investigations and recommending appropriate corrective measures.
• Preparation of Monthly & weekly Safety Statistics.
• Conducting mock drill as per On Site & Off Site Emergency Plan
• Planning, procurement, inspection & maintenance of Fire fighting appliances and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Co ordination and Inspection of lifting tackles and heavy lifting equipment by third party and routine inspections of above at work site and yards.
