• Develop various audit systems (Hygiene, GMP, Internal Audits), implement, plan audit on regular basis,
• Staff Training on various quality related matters,
• Develop supplier audit, implement and plan the audit on regular basis,
• Maintenance of all specification, function, and system manuals,
• Receive the customer complaints & returns, rework to assess nature of problems, remedies & corrective actions, and prepare complaints weekly KPIs reports,
• Review action plans from ISO9001 Audit & follow-up the notes closing (CAPA),
• Support and develop Quality Culture within the Operations division to increase employee awareness and their contribution to achieving set Quality Objectives,
• Follow up JFDA requirements,
• Develop weekly and monthly plans, and evaluate performance,
• Create quality gap assessments,
• Create a quality budget and requirements for all departments.

• Implementation of ISO9001 in warehouse and conduct internal audits,
• Review action plans from ISO9001 Audit & follow-up the notes closing (CAPA)
• Implementation of GMP and GWP at warehouse
• Confirm JFDA requirements,
• Prepare and follow up supply chain KPIs regarding to quality,
• Inspection of all operations to ensure quality
• Conduct quality training for all staff
• Control on all documents and develop procedures.
