Training and Knowledge transfer:
• In 1994, as one from a group of 4 consultants, I have created 10 course training materials and trained more than 1200 employees with the purpose of spreading computer literacy and develop computer skills.
• Publishing a computer magazine called TIPS, thousands of copies were distributed to many employees in the company for 3 years.

Development:
• Developed the first helpdesk system in (KNPC)
• Developed the first IVR system in KNPC to register Helpdesk call via telephone interacting
• Developed the first Document management system (WFS) in KNPC
• Develop the first Time & Attendance system in KNPC and managed the implementation and integration of 250 Fingerprint Machine for all KNPC sites
• During the Y2K crises in year 2000, Solved a problem in the management of fuel and cargo sales planning related to Y2K replacing a very old Lotus 1-2-3 system with a newly developed system, that maintained the business continuity for the planning for oil cargo and shipments.
• Develop the first Web Recruitment system in KNPC (E- Recruitment).
• Develop the first KNPC Portal for STOT which became later MOG department the gateway enables the field operators to monitor production performance and update data from all refineries remotely.
• Develop the first IOW in KNPC and second in the World, the system monitors 10000 sensors in the refinery units per minute, issuing alerts through messages, the system proposes to rectifies the issues, and follow-up the issue until the issue get solved, two papers where presented in both America and Qatar during the petroleum forums.
• Designed and implemented the first Medial system in KNPC for the 4 available clinics which is still in service and working for the last 10 years
• Designed the new web Piping inspection system PIS system in KNPC
