- Providing operational support, incident and problem resolution on Windows platform- (Active Directory, Group policy, Backup system (Iperius), Desktop Support, Mcafee antivirus (ePolicy Orchestrator 5.3.0), Manage Engine Desktop Central. Applications- (MS-Office, SharePoint, Mail Management - Office 365, Skype for Business, Outlook configuration, ).
- Maintaining Desktops, Laptops, Aruba Wireless system, Network Printers, Avaya IP phone system, (HSMX) TigerTMS and Ucopia System for guest Internet, Gate Protect and Checkpoint firewall, Messerschmitt Magnetic Door Lock system.
