Responsibilities:
 HVAC Designing & Drafting and Heat Load Calculation of HVAC Systems in accordance to the building
survey following the ASHRAE & CARRIER Standards & Codes.
 Designing of HVAC mechanical systems using standards of ASHRAE
 Preparing heat load calculations using E-20 form & HAP 4.9
 Duct designing using duct seizer software (McQuay) as per SMACNA Standards & Codes.
 Pipe size calculation, unit location finalization, CFM & velocity calculation, distribution & balancing.
 Chilled water pipe Sizing, Pump Head calculation with selection of pumps & External Static Pressure
(ESP) calculation of HVAC System using ASHRAE standards.
 Selection of HVAC Systems & Equipment like Chillers, VRV/VRF, DX-Systems, AHU, FCU & PaAC.
 Testing, Maintenance, Air & Water Balancing of HVAC Systems & Equipment.
 Preparation of Maintenance Schedule of HVAC Systems & Equipment.
 Review of mechanical shop drawings, designs & MEP Coordination drawings of contractors
 Ensure HVAC ducts, fittings, accessories and Pipes, fitting, accessories are available prior to installation.
 Estimation of Duct Quantity, Preparation of MTO list, BOQ etc.
 Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing.
 Provide daily progress report and update to the project Manager.
