•Maintenance of employee database and personal records.
•Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
•Preparation of above 25000 labors Salary & Salary related Statements.
•Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
•Handling Compensation & payroll activities.
•To provide an effective and efficient payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees’ salaries.

• Follow up of Confirmation Records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, Prof. Tax, Gratuity, LTA, Bonus etc.
• Ensure statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, Annual returns, Monthly challans and record information on a timely basis.
• Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.
• Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.

Be part of the payroll team & assist in various payroll activities
· Have a good knowledge of payroll systems
· Interface with HR to ensure accuracy of payroll data flowing from HRMS
· Respond to employee queries & resolve issues
· Assist in migrating payroll from other location & conversion to Payroll System.
