o Accountable for the leadership hiring; Reviewing and screening applications, evaluating qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews to analyze candidate experience and cultural and role fit o Effectively engaging in the offer release process; including offer negotiating, explaining the organization employees benefit plan, perk and policies, etc. with candidates.
o Getting all the background checks by coordinating with agencies to make sure that the reports are available before offering to the candidates.
o Ensuring that post-offer release, a close engagement with the candidates is there to clarify their doubts and if any kind of support needed to provide them.
o Developing a goal sheet for the team and keeping a tab on the goal progress and providing timely constructive feedback on the job that is done well and not done well.
o In the last six months almost hired 100+ employees at the Senior, Mid, and Junior Level.
