Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations,
or laws.

9) Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
1. Order the replenishment materials to maintain adequate inventory quantities are on hand at all times.
2. Inventory matching at all levels of the process of receiving, storage (Put Away), Picking, aligned and adjusted on the computer system in a timely manner.
3. Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
4. Analyze expenses, material movement and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
5. Ensure availability of materials / goods and establish optimum materials / goods inventory levels.
6. Ensure all store personnel are suitably trained and qualified to do their assigned jobs.
7. Ensure all materials are handled, stored and preserved under AIBI conditions.
8. Coordinate with procurement and account departments for material delivery.
9. Conduct frequently risk assessment sessions with team and IA department to mitigate any probable risk at SP warehouse area.
1. Manage local deliveries of all raw materials Spare parts materials and stationary.
2. Supervise proper implementation of best practice tools MII, SAP, MRP.
3. Track the productivity initiatives related to Spare parts and raw materials.
4. Prepare important reports about (spare parts provision, MRP report, and spare parts expenses physical count)
5. Ensure that all processes complied with ISO and coso/sox and AIBI and GMP standards
6. Coach my team and provide constant feedback for development and improved performance
7. Assure safe working environment and immediately fix violation to safety regulations.
