Responsibilities on different - different projects:-

 Allocating day to day Work among the Site Engineer, Foreman & Supervisors for smooth running of project and briefing all technical aspect of the particular activity and keeping an eye on the ongoing works.
 Very good arrangement of materials, manpower and machineries for different stages of projects.
 Supervision of the excavation, dewatering, blinding, water proofing, screed, base slab, column, roof slabs, external and baffle walls etc.
 Checking of Formwork - Alignment, plumb, alignment for kicker, cut out & level for electromechanical services, tie rods and support of sides checking in relation to approved design of form works.
 Checking and Supervision of concrete pouring as per method of statement to avoid segregation, excess bleeding, rapid early drying, steel near surface, excess temperature of pouring.
 Monitoring the work of staff members ensuring compliance with contract provisions, including correspondence and submittals.
 Supervision of Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage works.
 Supervision of compaction test, cube strength test, the pressure test etc.
 Supervision of the construction of shallow and deep man hole for surface water drainage, house connections for sewage.
 Monitor and supervise backfilling work at site as per approved material and method of statement.
 Checking Out of initial setting out survey and approval of shop drawings & method of statement.
 Maintained full awareness and vigilance for all aspects of construction activity to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual agreements.
 Insure all operation is under taken in a safe manner in accordance with local law and project safety plan.
 Review Sub contractors Material Submittals in line with Project Specification and Specified Standard.
 Review and approval of shop drawing submitted by Sub contractor.
 Attending the weekly technical, safety meeting and monthly progress.
 Attending the material inspection on site.
 Preparing and updating of weekly, monthly progress report.
 Preparing and updating correspondence incoming and outgoing logs, RFI logs and other tracking information.
 Initial and final pressure test of pipe line.
 Making project QS understanding typical construction details for quantity calculations.
 Rate preparation and submission to client for the missed items from original BOQ.
 Verification of bill submitted by sub contractor and onward transmission to client with enclosures like checklist, price escalation, payment certificate etc.
 To verify the BOQ from the tender agreement & requirement as per site and to submit the saving & excess statement for the approval from client in advance through proper channel.
 To meet and visit with concern department to solve the problems arises at site.
 Well versed in negotiation with clients, consultants and contractors on technical issues and getting necessary approval from Architect and Consultant.
