Responsible for sourcing, comparison, selection and negotiation with existing/potential new suppliers.
Handling purchase requisition, quote and issuance of PO.
Order processing & invoicing
General Administrative duties in workshop environment including but not limited to receive, store and issue parts to site.
Assist in inventory management for the spare parts / tools & machinery.
Respond to stock inquiries, quotations and orders from production and site
Plan, organize, carry out and evaluate physical stock count.
Maintain stocks record in system & trace stocks when discrepancies are reported.
Prepare and present stocks & inventory record / report.
