To represent the company as the Quality Control Manager at KFUPM, and to follow up the quality of the works carried out in accordance with the contract document between the company and the university, coordination with the quality department in project management at the university about the specifications of the materials supplied for the project and the method of installation and implementation in the work site, in conjunction with following up the progress of projects in the company side :
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to prepare the materials of projects according to the specification of the contract.
• Follow up the subcontractors' work and their commitment to the quality of the work according to the standards of KFUPM and submit reports to the project management.
• Established proposed work plans according the quality plan and directs the subordinates to ensure proper execution in terms of quality and reliability.
• Ensure that the project quality plan is understood by engineers, implement and coordinate at all levels of the departments of company.
• Ensure maintenance of all records of project inspection and tests performed and are always available for the company use.
• Ensure that all quality records and all correspondence are integrated and preserved until the project hand over date.
• Provide project management assistance in the initial and final handing over of the project.
• Follow-up all works done inside and outside the site and materials supplied to the site as being in line with the quality standards of KFUPM.
• Daily follow-up of the as-built records in the Quality Control section on drawings.
Projects in KFUPM
Project: Construction of water network supporting facilities in student housing area.
• Construction of deep wells and raw water tank.
• Construction of break water tank.
• Construction of reverse osmosis plant capacity of 6500m3 per day.
• Construction of sweet water tank.
• Pump station for supporting student housing area.
Project: Re-asphalting roads and parking lots of university (Phase II)
• Construction of new parking areas in KFUPM and DTVC (Dhahran Technical Valley Center) with all infrastructures needed.
• Milling the ring road and residential area and re asphalting with all road marking and speed humps.
• Construction of new roads in DTVC with all road marking and speed humps.
Project: Development and establishment of irrigation network and planting in the University campus (Phase I)
• Design of gardens among the Neighborhoods of residential area.

Studying several partnership contracts between Endowments Directorate in Latakia and investors for the construction of commercial and residential buildings in the province of Latakia.
• Preparation of construction study for building of Nizar Haron villa which located in Qastal Ma'af on Latakia - Kassab road, and building of PH.D Haitham Al Kamal Villa in Alnabeen - Kassab City.
• Execution of construction work and the internal and external finishing of the two buildings including to the general site.

Follow-up engineering works of the Directorate of Endowments Latakia of investment projects and the construction of mosques and follow-up engineering situation for all of the Directorate buildings and facilities in the entire province, processing all tenders technically and ergonomically and then determine the committees supervising the execution.
Follow-up to the implementation Endowments Directorate projects by the contractors as well as supervising the building of mosques by the committees formed for this purpose and inform the Technical Office the progress of works.
• Supervising the implementation of Contract No. / 13 / for 2004 containing the terms and implementation of the asphalt and implementation of sewage network and storm water and sidewalks within a site internal free zone branch in Latakia.
• Preparation of studying construction for many residential buildings and industrial facilities, water network, sewer, storm water, and drainage network for several of projects within the province of Latakia.
