• Prepare and submit Spare Parts Data Package Status Report (SPDPSR) to client for approval.
• Coordinating with vendors to get the SPDP of required Purchase Orders and submit to PMT.
• Review each SPDP before submission to Aramco and get approval for each material used in site.
• Coordinate with vendor and client to resolve any deficiencies in SPDP.
• Following up the approvals of SPDPs and Collect Approved Review sheet from the cataloging contactor.
• If there are any comments received from cataloguing contractor, reviewing the comments and forward the queries to vendor for incorporate the response of these review sheet.
• Contribute in development of Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) for each project equipment & materials and submit to client for review & approval.
• Attend meetings and discuss for each material used in site with the Material Standardization Department at Saudi Aramco, Dhahran, Saudi Arabi.
Working as Subcontract Officer for All Projects.
• Issue request for quotations to vendors as per the received Material Requisition (MR) from the job site or engineering department.
• Issuing invitation to tender to the concerned vendors to join us in our bidding process for any subcontract activity.
• Coordinating with site team and Planning site visits by for bidders, if required.
• Coordinate with the concerned engineers to clarify pre-bid queries from bidders.
• Submit the Technical Quotations for the Technical Evaluation to the concerned engineers and act as a focal point for the coordination between the vendor and engineering team for the technical approval of the quotation.
• Evaluate the commercial quotations and conduct negotiations with the vendor on pricing, delivery, payment terms etc.
• Prepare commercial comparison sheets and recommend contract awards that result in best value procurement.
• Draft initial contracts for clients.
• Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget
• Review contracts for completion and signatures.
• Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations

• EWG-2 Sec-II - 56” diameter externally coated Carbon Steel pipeline, approximately 422 Km long, from EWPS#7 (East West Pump Station #7) to EWPS#11.
Reporting to Procurement Manager, Responsible for: -
• Following the delivery of material with the vendors.
• Inspect goods upon delivery to ensure that the standards of quality are met, and the appropriate quantity has been received.
• Developing and implementing of the site material laydown yard plan for effectively storing materials at site.
• Notifying to site team for the upcoming deliveries once after confirming with vendors
• Maintaining a log of delivered and undelivered material to trace the material.
• Ensures material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials.
• Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Submit MR, MTA for the approval of client.
• Creating material requisitions in ERP and following up for approvals.
• Flouting of RFQ’s to the Aramco approved vendors once approved MR received from initiator / End user.
• Preparation of LSTK Report, which gives a brief status of production to client on weekly meetings.
• Research various vendor options and select the best options based on the employer’s needs.
• Work with vendors to determine a reasonable rate and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery.
• Work with various departments to determine the amount and type of goods required.
• Ensure that the appropriate goods are transferred to each department in a timely manner.
• Negotiating with vendors or suppliers to get the best price.
• Preparing commercial and Technical evaluation by selecting three best quotations which shall complies the project specifications and meets the budget limit.
• Prepare purchase orders and send copies for low-cost PO to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

• Permit to work of pre-shutdown and post shut down activities.

• Knowledge and understand piping materials, steel structure, valve and all components which related to oil and gas field.

• Proficient in reading Piping isometric, P&ID, preparation of piping isometric weld mapping.
• Arranging/collecting and preparing Monthly Report prior to submit to Consultant & Client.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Site Engineer regarding the changes in the construction drawings as per site condition.
• Always monitor the schedule, and brainstorm of any possible move that will result on the early completion of the project.
