Following up receiving, stores and cost reports.
Verifying daily, monthly, quarterly cost flash, cost reports & analysis and sales analysis.
Hygienic storing and issues as commitment with HACCP.
Discipline budget and clarification of variances in charts.
Daily and monthly P&L for eash Department separately, and cost center report for eash cost center ( out let 1, out let 2, ...., room service, bar, main restaurant and Banquet)
Periodic cost control presentation to clear achievements in cooperation with departments.

Challenges
Being in a large operation hosting VIP guests such as Actors, football players, famous clubs members and public figures makes the function more hard to achieve goals in high quality with budget cost track, there is a several revenue centers and cost centers should be tracked such as F&B Debarment ( food & beverage outlets, restaurants, bar, room service, catering) or Rooms, Laundry, Business Center, All of that should move as a one body.
