TSMs & Distributor’s Sales Team.
Tracking, reviewing & analyzing Sales & A&P Expenses vs monthly,
quarterly & annual target & budget.
Conducting market visit across all the nine branches of Distributor
in KSA & preparing & advising corrective action to the respective
AATCO TSMs & Distributor’s Branch Sales Team & making follow up
With them in order to ensure the action has been taken.
Tracking, reviewing & analyzing Tertiary Sales in order to check brand’s
health at micro level (SKU wise) to plan accordingly.
Responsible for planning primary sales & securing orders (orders from DP
to AATCO factory).
Responsible for payment transfer against the primary orders & as well as
for handling DN received from DP.
I have done MBA with marketing specialization from one of the most prestigious business schools of the province of Bihar, India & did my summer project on the topic of Channels of Distribution from TOMCO a consumer product division of TATA Group.
