 Liaising, coaching, guiding & following up with AATCO TSMs.
 Inducting & orienting Distributor’s Branch & Field Sales Team.
 Maintaining relationship with Distribution & Trade Partners.
 Responsible for planning & execution (through Distributor’s
sales team as well as AATCO TSMs) for sales & distribution plan as well
as coverage & numeric distribution plan.
 Drive sales & distribution strategy for entire KSA Markets.
 Identifying & exploiting new business opportunity under the matrix of
SWOT Analysis.
 Advising in NPD & driving NPL Plan through AATCO TSMs & Distributor’s
Sales Team in all KSA Markets.
 Guiding & Supporting TSMs in order to make sales & activity plan for
their territories.
 Responsible for monthly & seasonal LCP & driving it through AATCO
TSMs & Distributor’s Sales Team.
 Tracking, reviewing & analyzing Sales & A&P Expenses vs monthly,
quarterly & annual target & budget.
 Conducting market visit across all the nine branches of Distributor
in KSA & preparing & advising corrective action to the respective
AATCO TSMs & Distributor’s Branch Sales Team & making follow up
With them in order to ensure the action has been taken.
 Tracking, reviewing & analyzing Tertiary Sales in order to check brand’s
health at micro level (SKU wise) to plan accordingly.
 Responsible for planning primary sales & securing orders (orders from DP
to AATCO factory).
 Responsible for payment transfer against the primary orders & as well as
for handling DN received from DP.
