Position : Intern-HR and Finance (October 2023 to February 2024) Address : Accord Rachy, Baharchora, Cox's bazar. Responsibilities:
Ensuring implementation HR Policies and Procedures.
Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts and other relevant forms.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Assist in maintaining employee records and files.
Scan and archive HR-related documents and maintain digital filing system.
Ensure confidentiality related to Staff files, HR data and others as per DCA policy
Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities.
Ensure the timely payment of all bills and invoices with the proper authorization and supporting.
Review bill vouchers and ensure vouchers are stamped by "PAID"seal.
Ensure proper filling of the audited vouchers and financial documents after completion of audits
Monthly Field visit for volunteers and daily workers payments.
Assist in prepare accurate and timely vouchers and proper records filing and retention.
Maintain cash book and Responsible for the management of petty cash.
Scan and archive all vouchers along with payment related supporting document on the DCA archive platform.
Deal with the bank .
Other duties as requested by the supervisor
