- Planned, Monitored and executed a 3PL project for a major client in the Government Sector. Required daily coordination
between client, contractors, suppliers and senior management. Provided weekly reports to senior management and client
on progress.
- Worked with international consultants from Singapore and developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Operations,
Healthcare Logistics, Material Handling and Operational Safety.
- Designed warehouse floor plans, CCTV and access control security systems and racking systems (NA, VNA, WA etc.).
- Worked with QRM and Legal departments on obtaining SFDA, Civil Defense, Municipality, TAPA and ISO certifications for
company facilities.
- Managed suppliers from sourcing till delivery and installation for forklifts, racking systems, office supplies, material handling
equipment, HVAC, cold rooms, freezers, temperature monitoring systems, cold-chain vehicles and security systems.
- Worked with a major Telecom provider in the Kingdom on a last mile delivery (LMD) project. Developed the business process,
business rules, service level agreements (SLAs), operational guidelines and the reporting procedures.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT & OPTIMIZATION:
- Worked with international consultant in designing and improving the current ‘Hub & Spoke Network’ non-linear optimization
model designed using LINGO.
- Worked on data gathering and analysis and developed model constraints in line with the business requirements of the
company.
- Responsible for Kingdom-wide Express and Line Haul services’ route re-structuring & optimization.
- Re-engineered existing operating procedures to improve resource and space utilization.
- Conducted statistical studies on operational requirements; Personnel requirements, Equipment & Fleet requirements etc.
