Responsible for Country Talent Development. Training and Development, Training Needs Analysis, Designing Training Interventions, Ensuring Optimum Utilization of Training Centers. Analysis and Impact of all the efforts made by Talent Development on the Business.
As Head of HR:
Responsible for the strategic human resource management and development. Leading a team of professionals. Representing my organization at the regional forums. Managing CBA negotiations and maintaining a good relationship with the union.
As Head of Services:
Responsible for round the clock management of services at the terminal (Seaport) with total customer satisfaction.
I was responsible for overall HR Management of more than 1100 personnel.
It was a group HR function where I as Head of HR provided services to all the Businesses within the group.
HR support to Sales, Marketing, support functions and factory were under my domain which made the role of Corporate HR very critical for the organization.
Administration was the part and parcel of HR, I led a full fledge admin setup providing support in accomplishing the admin related tasks effeciently.

Compensation & Benefits
Responsible for rewards planning, conduct & coordinate compensation and job matching surveys, review and recommend changes at organizational/individual level on the basis of benchmarked salary surveys. Analyze equity on salary grounds (External and Internal). Recommend salary increase and budget for the year.
Training & Development
Conduct TNA organization wide, devise the organizational T&D plan, coordination/negotiation with the training institutions / management consultants, Conduct/arrange in-house training programs, arrange off site executive development programs and compile evaluation results.
HRIS
Supervision for the development of HRIS, developed various MIS reports for Sr. Management for decision making, supervision of database maintenance.
Organizational Development
Formulation, review and administration of HR policies, involved in succession planning, preparing JDs in coordination with the concerned manager. Introduce employee motivational strategies.
Recruitment and Selection
Hiring of permanent and contract based management employees in coordination with the concerned departmental head / reporting manager, managed summer intern programs which employed an average of 35 students per year.

Grievance handling and query resolution on day-to-day basis. (Mgt. Employees)
