1.Working on MOC (Management of change) system for various projects (As per IMRS).
2.Project designing, Project planning, Project management, Project monitoring, Project closing as per IMRS.
3.Attending MOC committee meeting to conduct the PDSA,

5.Preparation of Detailed Engineering package (DEP) or Basic Engineering package (BEP) for the MOC’S received from MOC committee (This includes, Scope of work, P&ID, Piping layout, isometric, BOM and equipment data sheets, cost estimation).
6.Preparation of GES request for the consultant for the critical project.
7.co-ordination with consultant, arranging site visit and explain the project requirement.
8.Review and approve the technical proposal from the consultant.
9.Review and approve the project deliverables.
10.Monitoring to the consultant to prepare the Detailed engineering package as per approved scheduled.
11.Answer the technical quires from the consultant for the MOC Project.
12.Review and approve the project deliverables, Scope of work, P&ID, ISO, MDS..etc for the MOC project from the consultant and insure all the scope are covered in the deliverables.
13.Review and approved the Detailed Engineering package (DEP) from the consultant and insure all the project deliverable are available in package as agreed.
14.Review and approve the Cost estimation for the MOC project from the consultant.
15.Explaining the Detailed engineering package to the MOC initiator and stake holder to get the approval before the execution.
16.Preparation of ITB or SWR (Service Work Request) for the contractors to execute the project.
17.Arranging the site visit with contractors to explain the project.
18.Answer the technical quires (TQ) from the contractors.
19.Review and approve the technical proposal and cost estimation from the contractors to execute the projects.
20.Review and approve the contractor project deliverables (ITP, Project schedule, Work Method Statement, JSA, Procedures..etc).
21.Monitoring and expediting to the contractors to complete the project as per approved project scheduled.
22.Technical evaluation and approval for the material before the procurement.
23.Inspection of material before the installation.
24.Monitoring and verifying the contractor activities to insure to comply with safety and code requirements.
25.Supporting to contractor and co-coordinating with stake holders during the execution for getting permit (Hot, cold, confined space permit, excavation clearance, WRA approval).
26.Participating in HAZOP and Risk Assessment meeting to identify the risk before the execution of project.
28.Preparation of weekly project report and submitting to manager.
29.Supporting to maintenance & operation for any technical & engineering issues.
30.Attending TAM/ SD core group meeting.
31.Responsible for the execution of MOC’S during TAM/ SD including, project planning, monitoring, and closing.
32.Preparation and review of project schedule for TAM/ SD and co-ordination with TAM/SD planner and core group.
33.Arranging and participating in pre-punch list walk through.
34.Verifying and insure all, A, punch point has been closed before the PSSR.
35.Arranging and participating in PSSR and clearance for operation meeting.
36.Verifying as built drawing to insure all the changes has been updated in the drawing.
37.To insure all the project document has been uploaded in the SAP after the project completion.
38.Verifying and insure all, B &C, punch point has been closed before closing the project.
39.Review and submitting the QC Dossier Document in the technical library after the completion of project.
40.To insure all the new TAG No. for the instruments and equipment's has been created and updated in the SAP and P &ID.
41.Review and sign off the contractor invoice.

2.Test packs preparation for the hydro test and steam tracing for client (ARAMCO) approval.
3.Test packs boundary marking on P&ID, insure it is matching with ISO and submitting to the client for the approval.
4.Coordinate with client, solve Engineering issue and get the approval on hydro test package for pipe line and steam tracing from client.
5.Assign the approved test package to the test package QC, to verify at site and compile QC document before the hydro test JERES-L-150.
6.Co-ordinate with engineering department, construction department and QC department, to insure all the required test package documents like P&ID, ISO, VT Report, NDT Report, are attached in the test package and ISO are updated as per site condition before submit to the client test package team.
7.To insure all the NDT has been covered as per the JERES standard.
8.Check the site as per isometric drawing & P&ID.
9.Monitor the activity of the test package QC inspector, to insure package is ready as per the target date.
10.Co-ordinate with construction team to close the punch, A, point and insure all, A, punch point has been close before submitting to client test package team.
11.Insure the system is ready for the hydro test as per JERES standard.
12.Co-ordinate with client test package team to get the approval on hydro test package for the pipe line and steam tracing to get it ready for the hydro test.

2.To setup a full testing arrangement of horizontal centrifugal pump and started pump testing at Flowmore unit -II.
