Supervision on trouble Shooting of Mechanical (HVAC). Electrical. And Plumbing Faults.
Maintenance and checking and trouble shooting of electrical panels, switchgears & .
Perform Routine tour of pump room, and all related Fire Fighting Pumps, diesel pump, Electrical pump, Jockey Pump, Transfer pump, Booster Pump and Fire Hose Reels
Maintenance & trouble shooting of pumps (transfer, booster & Fire fighting pumps) with control.
Follow the Plan Preventative Maintenance Work as per Schedule and corrective maintenance of mechanical (HVAC), electrical & plumbing systems as per complaint.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Maintenance of Split, Duct able, Package Unit, FCU, AHU, FAHU, Chillier & Heat Exchanger.
