Quality Assurance supervision duties :
• Validated quality processes by establishing product specifications, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Responsible to develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance with PSI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 including HACCP, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 regulations.

• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints.

• Train, motivate and lead QC/QA and Incoming QC/QA Technicians, and assist in develop company training system.
