- Demonstrated success in telecommunications sales to end-user customers, including strategic and small to medium sized customers using relationship management and system sales concepts.
- Recent experience in systems selling, consultative sales techniques, and account planning including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long range account management strategies.
- General knowledge of marketing principles and processes.
- View for and qualify new Account opportunities to meet or exceed monthly objectives.
- Proactively sell Umniah telecom products and services to qualified businesses maintaining a professional relationship with all customers and business partners.
- Improve & enhance the experience in customer needs assessment, sales opportunity development, account profiling, and long-range account strategy.
- Develop & maintain a high level of sales activity including needs assessments, application development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and post-sale services.
- Managing sold and/or assigned Accounts on an on-going basis and achieve continued revenue growth and revenue retention.
- Provides direct mobile phone and accessory sales and customer support services within several retail locations and meet all sales objectives.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to Managers regarding local competition and product/service needs.
- Handle service inquiries from customers.
- Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
- Building a strong rapport with all new and returning customers.
- Meet quota for all sales of products and accessories.
- Troubleshoot products and instruct customers on their proper use.
- Document all customer interactions to maintain compliance with Umniah’s quality assurance Standards and Procedures.
- Meet all sales objectives.
