Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Ensure completion of the procurement process according to best practices and Aramex policies.
Prepare monthly payroll of Aramex club employees.
Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

Credit officer
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Review new customers’ applications to ensure proper credit check.
Manage collectors’ plans to optimize collection targets.
Review customers’ accounts to enhance collections efficiency and reduce average collection period.
Ensure discounts (if any) are applied based on Aramex policy.
Maintain up-to-date billing system.
Follow up, collection and allocation of payments.
Prepare regular reconciliation of customer’s accounts.
Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
Prepare bank deposits.
Investigate and resolve customer queries.
Process adjustments if necessary.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.
