• Scrutinizing shop drawings, IFC Drawing, Coordination drawing, and site supervision to ensure they meet the exacting specifications
• Efficiently coordinating the execution of site jobs, harmonizing mechanical and electrical services for a seamless workflow
• Carefully evaluating technical submittals from suppliers and submitting them for material approval from Client/Consultant, guaranteeing that only the best materials are utilized in the project
• Oversee the installation of mechanical systems, such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical equipment
• Address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation or operation of mechanical systems
• Conducting meticulous inspections of the work done by workers before consultant/client inspections, ensuring that all work is up to par and meets quality standards
• Maintaining top-level quality assurance to ensure that the installation of all works is in accordance with shop drawings, specifications, (ASHRAE), NFPA, IPC, and Qatar construction standards (QCS), guaranteeing that the project meets all quality and safety requirements
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently
• Collaborating with the site team to arrange inspections and obtain all necessary supporting documents for the respective inspection area, ensuring that the project meets all inspection and compliance requirements
• Attending meetings with Project Manager, Construction Manager, and other Engineers to discuss the weekly work progress, providing valuable insights and ensuring that the project stays on track
• Collaborating with the design team to clarify any issues in the drawings, ensuring that the project is executed flawlessly and with precision
• Staying vigilant and aware of individual responsibilities for safety and quality to meet company targets in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that the project meets all safety and quality standards.

• Check pipes, tank and fittings for Leaks, Noise, clogging or Damage.
• Make sure that the plumbing system is connected to a proper drainage and Sewage system that meets the sanitary requirement.
• Maintenance of Electromechanical Equipment/system installed.
• Maintenance of firefighting system in line with requirements.
• Monitor and direct scheduling of all maintenance personal and vendors, to ensure staff adherers to company policies and procedures.
• Routine inspection and safety infection of all system and Building installation.
• Give Feedback of work Progress to all involved parties including Static Equipment, Personal, Operations and head of Maintenance
• Carry out daily Routine inspection & Periodical Safety inspections, Periodical Functionality, Performance Validation/Revalidation of installed Equipment and Facility for its safe and Proper Functioning and hand over all necessary documentation and training materials to the maintenance team upon project completion
• Carry out Periodic integrity tests of life safety systems so as to maintain the Healthiness and to ensure functionality of these systems
• Assist with planning and execution of all Preventive maintenance programs such as Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing Fire life and Safety System.
• Carryout daily routine inspection & periodic safety inspection, periodically functionality, performance Validation/DE validation of installed equipment and facility for its safe and proper functioning.
