Draft a monthly agenda with volunteers and core group members
* Raise awareness on safe health practices and culture
* Engage in outreach to broaden the center’s influence
Promote technical and vocational education throughout various areas
in Lebanon.
* Set up guidance and employment offices with affiliate schools and
maintain close contact with the officers responsible.
* Gather the information from the officers and compile them into a
biannual report for our donors.
* Plan the student guidance activities during our guidance and
employment
forums which are done biannually.
Conducting research and reference searches on issues relating to the
work that the office of the executive secretary does.
* Analyzing and summarizing reports from the many divisions at
ESCWA
* Assisting other colleagues in the OES, tasks would vary from social
media accounts to administrative work and even event planning.
Outreach and Civic Engagement Office
Extracurricular activities for school students in south Lebanon
* Participated in a 10-day workshop with the organization in France
(Bretagne)
* Annual seminars all through my service period about social work,
public relations
