Job Description: 1. Regular site visit and inspection to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, excellent construction practice, materials being utilized are approved, compliance with approved shop drawings and report any deviations to site engineer.
2. Inspect the site work in order to verify conformance with the contract and design requirements.
3. Measure dimensions and verify level and alignment of structures to ensure its conformance and be right at first time of inspection.
4. Inform and report to project manager occurrences of non-conformance incidents
5. Ensure that all site activities are monitored and all relevant quality records are established and maintained.
6. Co-ordination with consultant and subcontractors.
7. Over all co-ordination with procurement department, prepare the project raising materials requests etc.
8. Material submittal and obtain approval as per project requirement
9. Method statements preparation and obtain approval according to project requirement.

f. Compute the required volume of water to attain the required water-cement ratio.
g. Measure and compute the actual volume of delivered/poured concrete to check if it attains the required volume/weight of cement.
