RESPONSIBLITIES IN BRIEF

 Studying the work scope. Contractual documents and informing the management about the required of man power. Planning further and organizing the schedule of the project optimally.
 Leading a team of Supervisor, Formen and Technician briefing them of their daily work and monitoring the progress at closer level, solving the constraints and liaison with the client to their satisfaction.
 Monitoring, Maintaining and training the work team. Also motivating them time to time.
 Organizing and coordinating material handling team to make follow up the material require during the executing the project and to maintain the records of materials.
 Attending meeting with the client / contractor for discussing constraints and progress at site.
 Organizing and conducting weekly meeting with Instrument team of Supervisor and Forman, allocating the job to instrument supervisor and assigning the man power of skilled Instrument technician unit wise.
 Communicating and forwarding the data of weekly progress and daily progress report to the client.
 Coordinating with the vendors for making the logic of the process
 Maintaining documentation in regards to drawing and daily / weekly progress report.
 Analyzing the man-hours spend on each activity and making work move efficient.
 Conducted inspection for all instrument items at vendor works.
 Preparation of as built drawing.
 Reviewing of approved drawings according to the site conditions.
 Preparation of checking of loop folder document.
 Co-ordination between the client and sub contractor.
