• Advising and counseling clients on matters of Intellectual Property & Laws relating thereto of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Counsel) and other Arab countries.
• Registration of trademarks, service marks, copyrights, domain names, designs and patents worldwide.
• Drafting oppositions, objections, defense and amendments etc. against third party actions with respect to clients’ registration applications for trademarks, copyrights, designs and patents.
• Drafting responses to Registrar’s objection and rejection notifications concerning clients’ intellectual property.
• Initiating anti-counterfeiting actions and other appropriate measures with the concerned authorities against third party infringements of intellectual property.
• Drafting assignment deeds, license and merger agreements and other legal documents with respect to intellectual property matters.
• Conducting search for the availability of trademarks, patents & designs and taking all possible measures to protect the intellectual property rights of the clients.
• Advising clients on formation & registration of different types of companies such as Partnership Company, Shareholding Company, Limited Liability Company and Single Person Company etc.
• Drafting commercial agreements, contracts, MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), joint venture agreements, merger agreements, share purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, lease deed and property purchase agreements and other legal documents.
Dealing in corporate, commercial law, cross-border transactions, Intellectual Property Laws, joint ventures and numerous issues emanating from them.
• Drafting & Reviewing commercial agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
• Preparing memos and notes on various IPR, commercial and arbitration issues.
• Conducting legal compliances for various firms and companies.
• Writing articles and news bulletins for the Firm’s website. Published Articles of the applicant are:-
