• My current job since July 2012

- Currently in Halul Island Project (Off-Shore Project) of 132/33kV building Substation.
- Preparation of construction program on a daily and weekly basis in integration with Clause Contract,
- Preparing construction schedule on site for 2 month activities look ahead plan for material & equipments.
- Quantity calculations of various civil materials as per the look ahead plan for 2 months and approved master schedule.
- Coordinating with the procurement team for the availability of material for the smooth progress of project.
- Giving training when required on various activities to the Forman/Workman for the quality requirement and to avoid rework as per the schedule of activities.
- Monitoring proper utilization of resources (Manpower, Plant & Equipments, and Material) on the basis of desired output and monitoring same as the work proceeds by proper labour and other resource allocation.
- Compliance to design, drawings, specifications and SOW.
- Responsible for the estimation of any variation and verifying the prepared measurement sheet by foreman.
- Responsible for the execution of civil activity at site as per approved drawing & Method statement.
-Preparation of Method statement for the shore protection and civil structure lying close to shore line.
-Responsible for the execution as per drawing and in time for the shore protection along the shore line of Halul Island.
- Sound experience in the execution of civil structural members as per approved drawings.
- Sound experience in Building finishing/ Architectural finishing
- Experience in the construction of asphalt/block roads.
- Coordination with the different discipline such as electrical, Mechanical, etc.
- Coordinating with client, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Quality Assurance & Control, Inspection and test plans,
- Preparation of Method statement as per site condition.
- Preparation of MOM with clients and subcontractors.
- Preparation of official letter or Memo to be issued at site level to Subcontractor.
- Preparing and reviewing BBS.
- Preparing and send reports on the status of daily progress to the client,
- Applying the permit for the all site activities and complying to permit.
- Ensuring Environment, Health and Safety during construction,
- Complying to the waste management plan for the disposal for construction waste.


Also were Involved in the construction of Substation Building of 220/132/66/33 kV in Doha main land
Checking all site activities
coordinating with the Consultant/Client.
Have sound knowledge to understand the various civil drawings and to perform the execution as per the drawings.
Also have experience in planning department. Involved in the preparation of reports, and working on primavera for monitoring project progress.
