Escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and Teams.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
Process 3rd party custom SKU requests submitted by sales within SLA.
Coordinate with 3rd party distributors for quotation requested by sales.
Work with SKU management team to ensure SKUs are set upper agreed SLA.
Continuously drive for improvement in 3rd party distributor response.
Provides Sales Team's operational support and Manage order fulfillment.
Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalation and SKU management.
Investigates customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.
Assist with driving process improvement programs cross-functionally.
Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients including scheduling and attending meetings and understanding the nature of client’s businesses.
Provide customer service and support.
Renewing or amending existing policies.
Maintain the insurance records and remind the client for renewals.
Uphold relationship with the Insurance companies and following up the requests on daily basis.
Support sales staff by preparing quotations, presentations and comparison sheets and assist them by providing brief overview about the medical benefits.
Responsible for filing and tracking insurance claims.
Review data on insurance applications or policies.
Interpret insurance policies and contracts, establish and adjust reserves in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
