Achievements:
•The Container tracking modules helped the operation team to search the containers quickly and follow the FIFO, this saves 60% of the storage land cost to the company every year.
•Finance Reports helped in reducing bad debts by 95% and also the modules was enhanced to auto stop the bad debts customers from collecting new Delivery Orders until the pending invoice is cleared, therefore manual checking was avoided. This made our office the No 1 office in Africa with no bad debts in 2016 fiscal year.
•Payroll system auto-calculated error free Overtime and Salaries in a couple of Hours for all the employees, saving a lot of time.
•Logistics operation and Finance System was designed to work with handful of employees and most of the finance entries is automated and its synced with a third party ERP Accounting system (Sage ERP 500). Saving a lot of money to purchase an external software to do the same work.
